Employee surveys

Putting questions to employees is an important tool in order to learn about the opinions, attitude, needs and above all satisfaction of the workforce. It enables issues to be evaluated and improves corporate culture.

The survey sequence

  • Generally, questioning is done in an interview, online or in writing. Data collection, processing and evaluation is done discretely and anonymously.
  • Satisfaction can be calculated and one's self image can be compared with the actual image.
