CATRO Selection

A central CATRO service for companies is selecting applicants suitable for the position in matters related to the defined job profile.

First selection

In a first step the applications are viewed and evaluated. In case of doubt we conduct a first interview over the phone.

Interviews

In the scope of structured interviews the candidates are evaluated in regard to their qualifications, motives for the application and personal characteristics. The most suitable candidates are then presented to the customer, including our initial evaluation and expert advice.
