As a company working in the area of human resources management we acknowledge our social responsibility function. Respectful dealing with our employees, customers and applicants is part of our company culture. In addition, we commit ourselves to selected CSR projects from time to time.

Mirno More Peace Fleet

From 19 to 26 September 2009 more than 100 ships with over 900 mostly socially disadvantaged children and young people sailed along the Croatian coast under the 2009 Mirno More Peace Fleet. Started in 1992 as a peace initiative after the war in former Yugoslavia, it has now developed into one of Europe's biggest sailing projects.

Under the flag of the CATRO Personalberatung, Die Berater^® and MAKAM Market Research one ship with four children and two assistants participated in the event. "The children had the chance to undertake an intensive cultural exchange and improve their cultural competences, team spirit and sense of responsibility. They could also throw overboard any existing prejudices", said project coordinator Albert Tropitz.
